    Public Hearing: Zoning Changes (Private Schools & Public Facilities) Institutional_ZoningFB (2).jpg The Puyallup Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider proposed amendments to the City’s municipal code and Comprehensive Plan concerning Public Facilities, which governs the siting and development of schools, fire stations, governmental service buildings, and other public facilities. The Planning Commission has been reviewing this item since November 2016, and has held a number of meetings reviewing the proposed amendments. At 6:30 pm on February 22, 2017, they will take public comment on this item. At this same meeting the Commission is expected to deliberate and make a recommendation for City Council as to what code amendments should be adopted into law.
