Governor Issues Stay Home Order; Puyallup Parks Closed

Washington State Governor Jay Inslee has issued a stay home order for all residents, to remain in effect for at least two weeks. The order will close all non-essential businesses unless their employees can work from home. It allows the continued operation of essential businesses.

The governor also ordered an immediate ban on all social gatherings, public and private.

In accordance with the governor’s mandate, the City of Puyallup has closed all of its parks, effective immediately, until further notice.
