The City is aware that some customers might be worried about paying their utility bills and we will not be disconnecting services at this time. Recognizing the economic hardship to residents and local businesses caused by the response to COVID-19, the City of Puyallup has modified its payment extension policy to allow for extensions past the next bill date. The modified payment extension terms will be available to customers for 60 days after the state of emergency in Washington is rescinded by Governor Jay Inslee. The Payment Extension Form can be submitted online.
Customers can pay their bills online, by phone, or by mail. To pay your bill over the phone using a check, debit or credit card, please have your account number ready and call 1-844-531-3706. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no additional cost.
To pay by mail, send payments to P.O. Box 35160, Seattle, WA 98124-5160.
Why Does My Sewer Bill Seem High?
Sanitary sewer services are based on your actual water usage (consumption) during the months of December, January 1 through April 30, and May. Your consumption average is used for bills dated June 1 through November 30. The two bills dated between January 1 and April 30 are used to create your consumption average.
